What's on offer
Playbooks. Career guides delivered as PDFs. Some are free; some cost a one-time price shown next to them on the playbooks page. Free ones open with a free account. Paid ones can be bought without making an account first: you pay with your email, the PDF is emailed to you, and an account is set up under that email so you can open it again by signing in.
The newsletter. Free. You can unsubscribe from any email or from your account page.
1:1 sessions. Booked and paid for on Topmate (topmate.io), not on this site. Topmate's own terms and refund policy apply to those bookings.
Pricing
Every price is shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the playbooks page before you pay. You pay once; there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Free playbooks cost nothing. The price charged is the price shown at the time you buy.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox to yourself, because whoever can read it can sign in as you. Give a real name and an email address you own.
I can suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site, share paid files, or break these terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to me, and I never see or store them. Razorpay passes me the email address and phone number you enter at checkout so I can send you the PDF and keep it on an account under that email. Give an email you own: the PDF and your account both go to it.
What you can do with a playbook
A playbook you open or buy is for your own personal use. Please don't resell it, share the file, post it publicly, or pass it off as your own. The playbooks, reels, newsletter and everything else on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise.

Everything here, including salary figures and hiring trends, is general career information researched from sources I name where I can. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, markets change, and it can't promise any particular job, salary or outcome. Please check anything important before you rely on it.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that come from using the site or its content. If I am found responsible for something, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the playbook in question.
Changes and law
I may update these terms; the date at the top changes when I do, and the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
