Who is responsible
Nandini Sethi (Careers With Nandini), Delhi, India, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. For anything in this policy, including a complaint, email careerswithnandini@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you make an account: your name, your email address, and your mobile number if you choose to give it.
When you buy a playbook: which playbook, the amount, the date, Razorpay's order and payment reference numbers, and the email address and phone number you entered at checkout. If you didn't have an account, one is created under that email so the playbook stays available to you; nothing is sent to that address except the order email, until you sign in. Your card, UPI or bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach this site.
When you visit: which page was viewed and which website sent you (the site name only, never the full address). Visitors are counted using a code built from the connection details and the date, which changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. Your IP address is not stored, and if your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is counted.
Why
To sign you in, to unlock the playbooks you've bought, to send you the newsletter you signed up for, to answer your emails, and to see which pages are useful. I don't sell your data, and I don't use it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
One cookie keeps you signed in. It holds nothing readable by scripts on the page and lasts up to 180 days on a device you keep using. Your browser also remembers the background scene you picked. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else handles it
These services run parts of the site and handle data only to do that job: Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (sending email), Netlify (hosting), and Razorpay (payments). Topmate, Substack, Instagram and LinkedIn are separate sites with their own privacy policies once you follow a link to them.
How long it's kept
Account details are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even if the account is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to emails at any time with the unsubscribe link. Email careerswithnandini@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days. These rights include those under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
