Delivery
Playbooks are digital. Nothing is shipped. A paid playbook unlocks on your account the moment the payment is confirmed. You can read it on the playbooks page or download the PDF, and it stays available whenever you sign in.
Cancellations
There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel later. If you close the payment window before paying, no money is taken. If money leaves your account but the payment fails or stays pending, Razorpay and your bank reverse it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Refunds
Because a playbook is available the moment you pay, purchases are final. I will refund you in full if:
1. you were charged but the playbook never unlocked, and it isn't fixed within 48 hours of you telling me;
2. you were charged twice for the same playbook; or
3. the file is broken or unreadable and I can't send you a working copy.
To ask for a refund, email careerswithnandini@gmail.com within 7 days of buying, from the email on your account, with the playbook's name and the payment reference from Razorpay's receipt.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay. They usually show up within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank. Access to a refunded playbook is removed.
1:1 sessions
Sessions are booked and paid for on Topmate, so cancellations and refunds for them follow Topmate's policy. If something goes wrong with a session, email me as well and I'll help sort it out.
