04About English lit → tech → this

I don't think your career has to make sense at 21.

Delhi-based. Customer success by day, career media the rest of the time — the CV first, then the story behind it.

01Day Job Straight off the CV

What I do when I'm not making content.

Eight years of client-facing work in tech — onboarding, adoption, renewals, and the unglamorous middle of making software land inside a big company. It's also where most of the career advice comes from.

02About Why any of this exists

The longer version.

Nobody showed me a chart with all the jobs on it. The list I got at nineteen had about four things on it, and I picked from it like everyone else does.

So this is the thing I wish I'd had. Which jobs exist, what they pay, and how people actually get into them.

The day job is customer success in tech. The account started as somewhere to put what I was learning about work, and it got louder than I expected.

still figuring it out, out loud
